Being a mom of five…in a pandemic…means that my focus is always all over the place these days. So when I had the opportunity to try a new product that might help me get more done and stay focused longer, I was happy to give it a try. MoreLabs’ Liquid Focus is one of several products available from MoreLabs. Other products include aqua+ immunity, aqua+ probiotics, dream well, and morning recovery.
What is MoreLabs Liquid Focus?
Liquid Focus is a mix of ingredients intended to help you focus, be more energetic, and be more productive. The 100mL bottle has 150 mg of caffeine plus L-theanine, panex ginsing, blueberry concentrate, huperzine-a, mucuna pruriens, and b vitamins. While statements on the MoreLabs are not evaluated by the FDA, the company did find that the mix of ingredients helped improve focus in their double-blind study. On their website, they state:
Liquid Focus uses clinically-proven ingredients to help support the natural production of neurotransmitters which are critical for focus, concentration, motivation, and cognitive performance. Our signature stack provides a natural and sustainable boost of energy while reducing jitters. It also helps transform nutrients into ATP, the brain’s energy molecule.

My Review of Liquid Focus
The packaging is a lot of fun – it’s brightly colored. It’s also easy to open. Upon opening it, I looked in and saw a dark liquid. Drinking it, the taste was really sweet to me – but I’ve largely cut sugar out of my diet – so take that with a grain of salt. It did have a strong berry flavor, which is to be expected.
After drinking the supplement, I carried out multiple tasks – and I was pleasantly surprised. Often when I drink energy drinks I get that icky jittery feeling that doesn’t leave. I was able to focus on mental tasks for much longer than usual.
Would I Recommend Liquid Focus?
While I’m not sure I would drink the Liquid Focus supplement regularly, I would use it when I have a lot of mental tasks to complete – writing articles, blog work, etc. – and I don’t want to drink a ton of coffee. It was definitely more effective than my usual pot of coffee + diet Mountain Dew + Diet Coke.
MoreLabs Liquid Focus can be purchased as a 6 pack, 8 pack, 16 pack, or 32 pack and you can either purchase it once or subscribe for a discount. Right now, an 8-pack costs $36 and has free shipping – leaving the per bottle cost at $4.50.
