It’s the season for giving gifts. I’m going to start running gift idea posts – because, well you can never have too many people thinking about what to get you – er, I mean their loved ones, right? Wine geeks and aficionados can be notoriously difficult to buy for. They seem to have everything (even if that’s not true), and they seem to be very picky about wine. And wine is the logical choice, right?

Chances are, if the gift recipient throws parties or entertains a bunch, he or she could use a set of wine glasses for that purpose. While many wine geeks will drink wine out of specialized glassware when enjoying wine at home, a large set of less expensive glassware may be a welcome addition – that way, if something breaks, it’s no big deal.
